Hack Runescape account
Hacking Runescape accounts means someone has stolen someone else's account. There is no way of going into Runescape and stealing the passwords from the database, but it is possible of hacking into someone's account!
How can you get into someone's account who has a password?
You cannot. You have to steal someone's password in 1 way or another.
